On June 28-29, the acclaimed mixologists behind Handshake Speakeasy, the third-best bar in the world and the top bar in North America, will make their highly anticipated appearance at Julia & Henry’s for King Goose Hospitality’s World’s Best Series, proudly presented by Delta Air Lines and Italicus, in partnership with Yotel.

One of the key factors behind Handshake Speakeasy's success is the lab situated behind the bar, which features a massive freezer containing a variety of ice cubes, high-tech machines, distillates, and long tubes connected to tilted glass bowls. This sophisticated setup allows the team to engineer locally sourced and homemade ingredients, using molecular mixology to consistently surprise palates and aesthetics.

The team will showcase a diverse selection of cocktails, featuring intricate techniques and unique ingredients. Attendees can expect to taste test the following creations, made just for the takeover: 

• Once Upon In The 305: Ketel One vodka, mint, Italicus, lemon, whey

• Peanut, Butter, Jelly!: Ketel One vodka, raspberry, peanut butter, Savoia Americano

• Miami Vice: Pilar’s Rum, strawberry, coconut, pineapple, micro-coriander

• Coconut White Negroni: Tanqueray dry gin, coconut, vermouth bianco, Italicus, bergamot
