Offering authentic Italian cuisine, Battubelin is a 100% scratch kitchen. The fresh pasta is prepared in house daily along with sauces made with prime, quality ingredients. The dough is leavened for 12 hours and can be made to be gluten free. Battubelin will take you on a trip to an Italian grandmother’s kitchen!

Pizzaiolo David Santos was born in Chile, where his passion with pizza began at his grandparents small pizzeria. He began working at Battubelin as a Pizza Chef in 2019. His Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Romana and Pinsa continue to gain popularity around the Miami area.
