JAVIER RAMIREZ
Javier Ramirez is a Venezuelan born and raised restaurateur who has co-founded some of Miami’s most award winning restaurants such as Alter, Bachour, La Natural and Palmar. Javier spent 20 years in corporate finance before pursuing his passion for food, and deciding to open his own restaurant in 2015 (Alter). In 2017, he was named restaurateur of the year by Miami New Times. In addition to his own restaurants, Javier is constantly promoting great places to eat through his instagram account: Gournandj.
