Karla Hoyos is the owner and chef of Tacotomia, a new authentic Mexican concept that will debut at Julia & Henry's. She has a degree in culinary and management focused in Restaurant, Culinary and Catering Management from the Instituto Culinario de Mexico. Chef Hoyos is an experienced Executive Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry, most recently as the Chef De Cuisine at The Bazaar by Jose Andres, before founding Tacotomia.
